Interview
2 phone interviews and an in person panel interview followed by a tour of the facility. The entire process was thorough and focused on the specific role being interviewed for.
The interview process consisted of screening with HR then with multiple stakeholders from the function within groups, 2-3 hours total. Standard behavioral based interview questions were asked during the process. Interviewers are very knowledgeable and experienced.
