I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carter's (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2017
Interview
40 minutes. Pretty simple if you’ve worked retail before and questions are behavioural based. Otherwise, the questions may be difficult since you’ve never encountered those kinds of situations. But try to answer using common sense. Come business casual
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if two customers came to you for help at once?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carter's (Bronx, NY)
Interview
Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
