I’ve already gone through several rounds of interviews with different people. And the candidate has to sit around indefinitely waiting. After the interviews, they try to push down the salary. After I rejected the offer, they called again a few months later asking if I was still interested. I asked if they could meet my expected salary, and they actually said I’d need to interview again with the director in the U.S.
