Carter's Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

The Manager went and got a book and read the questions from a book.. Then wrote everything down. Some of the question where; why do you want to work here, what you, is your dependably, why should I hire you, give me a time when you helped someone. Very general however she was not looking for the answers you would think. It was like you had to try and guess what she was asking and guess what she wanted to hear.
