I applied online and received a voicemail from someone in HR about 3 days later. I was then scheduled for a phone interview with the woman from HR.
Interview was pretty standard, I was asked about my experience, my certifications, and was asked why I was looking to leave my current job. She gathered all of my information and said she would forward my resume to some of the tech managers, and that I would definitely hear back from her.
Two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything back. Sent a follow-up email and never received a reply. A callback or e-mail stating they picked another candidate would have been nice.
