I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Caterpillar (Austin, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
Was a good process to go through. 2 interviews back to back. Both of the interviews were with experienced senior managers. However, they were not intimadating at all. All the questions were behavioral. No technical questions. Had the interview on campus and both interviews were 30 minute back to back interviews. I highly recommend going through the process.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Caterpillar (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2017
Interview
Super Saturday included 3 one hour interviews. Had a mentor who was in the program the whole weekend to help with the process. They provided a hotel, travel, and dinner.
Started off with an online application. Invited to choose a time for a telephone interview. This was mainly a competency based interview and was asked to use the STAR technique when answering questions. The interviewer was very friendly. I am currently waiting to hear back about the next stage of the process.
