Was recruited on campus through campus hiring, involved 3 rounds. 1st round was aptitude and general computer knowledge. 2nd round was a group discussion. 3rd round was panel interview, which included a lot of behavioral questions.

They asked me to assume they are the NGO and pitch them my idea, after hearing my pitch they told me they don't like my pitch, what will I do next? I suggested few more benefits that they could get by partnering with us, they said they don't like the idea at all, now what.

The Interviewer was direct in requirements and responsive to questions. They expressed the scope of responsibilities for the position and emphasized security through user awareness. Some skills knowledge that were listed as optional were in fact requirements to secure the position.
