I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Caterpillar (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2019
Interview
I participated in the on-campus interview process. There were two back to back behavioral interviews with a technical theme in the questions. Overall, it was easy and my interviewers were super relatable. They want to know that you'll fit in with the community and are actually a passionate person who values work-life balance.

Interview
1 hour with 2 interviewers. There were about 5-6 questions, and you MUST follow the STAR method. They seemed to be taking extensive notes between each question. They also said if I didn't like the question that I could ask for an alternative question as the questions were meant to learn a specific trait about me.
