There is an initial phone or web screening along with an exam, basic medical surgical questions. Following that, you would be called in for your interview with your specific unit. I had to wait 3 hours after my scheduled time to interview.

Completed a one-way video interview through Montage. First section is introduction, which you can record an unlimited amount of times. Second section were the timed questions. You have 2 minutes to answer each question (5 questions total). Allowed you to record your answer 3 times before submitting.
