the interview is super simple. went smoothly, good atmosphere, interview says wonderful all the time. Never got response and am still waiting. don't know if it's no or wait sign.

I applied on All Cruise Jobs, got a message within a week with an invitation to an interview. The interview itself was short but cordial, had to show my visible tattoos and explain why I want the position. I was told there would be another interview, but instead they just sent the offer letter the next day. It's possible that my previous shipboard experience and relevant education let me skip the second interview or they are just desperate for crew. They also mentioned that flexibility is key.
