Celigo Operations Manager interview questions

A company recruiter contacted me (unsolicited) through LinkedIn and thought I'd be a good candidate for this position. I was then referred to another company recruiter for a brief interview. Right off the bat, it didn't go well because the interviewer didn't seem to know what was going on. I couldn't even get answers to relatively simple questions that anyone would want to know about a new job prospect, especially if a company representative reached out first. It's unfortunate how HR gatekeeping works now in some cases like this.
