Super quick. Usually recruited by indeed. Job interview in less then 2 days. Two hour interview because you are either good at talking or bad. Super easy system. The company is actually golden in cell phone sales. If you are good you can EASILY make 500$ a day in commission. The pay you can easily get 5-10k a month if you are good. There is a draw for hourly so you do have to take that out of your commission but when you make bank it doesn’t matter. The health insurance is horrible. Everything else is good. It’s a third party dealer so you can work with customers with certain items. You are your own boss and there is no managers. It’s pretty awesome. The thing that sucks for new people that are coming for schedule purposes you can get the short end of the straw. So if you want to work a lot you won’t be able too the first two months. The first month is training which is WEAK in Pay. The worst pay ever in training. There is not GTD commission for your first month either so if you are new to the game or struggle at first your paycheck will be bad news bears... just hustle and get the job for people that are hungry. The game is too easy.
