Question 1
Name one thing that is holding you back? What would you do with an irate, cursing customer --and you have a customer in front of you? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How would you add value to the team? How much $ do you want to make? Lots of integrity questions.
I started when the company was very small so there was not a recruiter. I I interviewed with the owner and he was in a hurry so questions were very easy. I know that now there are recruiter who will ask lots of questions to determine goals and drive.
