Dear Applicant, You are compensated hourly in our training and mentor program. Once you successfully complete training, you are eligible to begin earning commissions which are paid monthly. There is an initial delay as there is with any commission opportunity. Once, your commissions exceed your guaranteed hourly rate, you will keep your additional earnings. Cellular Sales offers flexible programs to help successful sales representatives within those first few months. Finally, after 90 days you are eligible to began receiving medical benefits.
