Interview
A simple personality test, a fairly easy logic test, then two video interviews with their hiring team. You go over the basics of the job and explain why you would make a good fit.
Initial online interview with prerecorded questions, about 10 or so. Record your responses with a microphone. After this, if you're deemed worthy, you'll be interviewed by a recruiter. Interview lasted about an hour through Microsoft Teams virtually. Was told "1/55 applicants are selected."

Interview
So far ive had an otp interview and it was very professional and to the point. The recruiter was personable and did a good job. They ask about 10 questions to see if you are the right person then they bring you in for an in person interview. Overall a good experience.
