Cenero interview questions

2 phone screenings, 2 face to face meetings at once in office. Both interviewers were late and just expected me to be there for an extra 2 hours without giving me advanced warning. Then one of the interviewers came out and said they already picked another candidate and had to interview me to justify hiring the other candidate. The interviewers were disrespectful and used vulger language. Don't waste your time with this company if your a serious professional that can't afford to waste your lunch hour or pto for a company that will engage in that level of deception & jerk you around in the hiring process. Shame on Cenero. Your company appears to be fostering a toxic culture.

Both interviewers were very personable and joked around a lot. HR is pretty awesome :) Unfortunately, I had a cold and kept losing my voice mid sentence but they didn't say anything about it.
