Interview
I submitted my resume to them at a career fair for my college, didn't even talk to the recruiter that much. They emailed me for an interview and we scheduled. (about 4 people?) came to tell me some background stuff and then gave me a 4 question simple cracking-the-coding interview pen and paper test. You take the test alone and afterwards, they come back and you essentially explain your answers.
