Centric Consulting interview questions

Applied online. Took some time to.hear back. Recruiter set up a Teams meeting. I showed up on video. She did not. Asked very basic, junior questions which were not super relevant to the level of the role. In the middle of the interview, the recruiter tells me the notes she was taking deleted. The rest of the interview was me giving her my answers again to retake notes. Not very professional at all.

Informal zoom interviews with multiple team members. Each lasted one hour. They were building a team and had some turnover. The manager’s personality was a flag for me so I decided not to proceed with the remaining interview process.
