Cepheid Manager interview questions

I updated my resume in a job portal and through there only my CV got shortlisted and received the call from the HR of the company. Interview was fixed with hiring manager directly and it started on time Interviewer carried some papers with standard questions on the various situations and scenarios. NO Technical question related to the profile or concerned field was asked. Interviewer seemed disinterested/ disoriented throughout It lasted for around 30-40 minutes. After that NO FEEDBACK is received even after chasing the HR. Overall, not so good experience!!
