I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ceribell in Dec 2023
Interview
A very lengthy process with 4 interviews, each an hour long, and a “homework” assignment where they ask you to do free prospecting work. They expect you to call into hospitals pretending to be an employee and talk to doctors without any training on the product or how to hand off prospects if they show interest. This homework assignment is to be completed in 48 hours and without pay.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ceribell in May 2025
Interview
My interview process consisted of 4 rounds. The first one was very brief just more of an introduction of yourself. The second one was going over your background/experience and what peaked your interest for the company. The third was objection handling and lots of scenarios of how you would act in the situation or how you have acted in past situations. Advice is to have good questions you want to ask them in all rounds and to correlate all past experience to whatever job role you’re interviewing for.
The last round is selling them a product of your liking so they can see exactly how you sell.
Great experience and the process went by surprisingly fast.
