The entire interview process was well-planned and effective. The process included 4 steps. I got an email requesting me to schedule the first video interview two days after submitting my application. My initial interview revealed a lot about the team and the business. In the following interview, we examined team fit with two additional team members from the Talent team. The hiring manager was the third interviewee, and this was a great opportunity to learn about the company's vision, how the talent department fits into it, and the department's future ambitions. I was able to ask many questions and gain a thorough understanding of how the business and the department function. One of the hiring managers and a very early employee of the Ceribell team participated in the final interview. I was able to gain more knowledge about the background of the business and comprehend how many departments interact with Talent. Overall, the entire process was amazing and exciting. With each conversation, I learned something new and gained more insight into the business and its goals.
