Interviewed with 3 people. Two Lab managers and the HR manager. Was taken on a tour of the facility. discussed the responsibilities of the job, expectations, and had a Q & A, such as benefits, 401k, vacation and PTO

Basic interview. Phone screen, then 1-2 in person interviews. Hires are generally out of college, so interview focuses more on if you would work well in the company as opposed to any actual technical knowledge.
