I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Certinia
Interview
I interviewed with Certinia for a sales role and unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. The process felt very disorganized. My recruiter repeatedly mixed up interview dates and sent last-minute updates, including one email at 5:45 AM for an 8 AM interview — not ideal when trying to prepare professionally.
What stood out most was the lack of clarity throughout the process. At one point, I was told they weren’t even sure what role I was being considered for or what the compensation would be. That level of uncertainty made it hard to take the process seriously and didn’t reflect well on the company’s internal alignment.
I genuinely wanted to explore the opportunity, but the experience made me question how things are run internally. I hope they streamline their process and improve communication with candidates moving forward.

Interview
Three round interview. First round with direct manager, second with another manager and the Last step is a role play with the entire team where you answer questions, and do your best renewals pitch. After three rounds and being promised to hear back by a certain date I was completely ghosted by the company and never heard a response back.

Question 1
The first two interviews were very easy questions mainly getting to know you as a person vs what you know about renewals.
