Certinia Account Executive - PSA interview questions

Hmm.. what process.. I was contacted by a recruiter who then went AWOL for two weeks, after trying multiple times to connect we arranged a time to speak only for them to not call. Why reach out and mess me about and cause me to spend time researching the company and role to not have the politeness to make the call when agreed.. The poorest experience with an in house recruiter I have experienced.
