Overall my experience was very positive with CZI -- every employee I engaged with was transparent and candid with their feedback both for me as a candidate and in response to questions about the CZI work culture. I was especially impressed with the attention the recruitment team and hiring team paid to the candidate interview experience during COVID-19 shutdowns. The only bit that was less-than-ideal was the long wait time between my onsite interview and the outcome of the hiring decision. However, the recruiter mitigated even this negative detail with regular communication and updates from the team.
