The process was long but thorough. I initially had a screening call with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the Initiative Manager and another interview with the Principal UXR. After all that, I had a "virtual onsite" which consisted of four hours of interviewing and a presentation of a research proposal for a site of my choosing. It was an intensive process but good to know that they are really looking for someone who will be a long term fit with the role. My recruiter was amazing and responsive and supported me through the whole process and gave great feedback - this made the longer timeline of the process much more bearable!
