First round phone interview lasted about 30 minutes, questions mostly about resume, experience working with data, why consulting. Second round interview with several team members, asked behavioural questions, questions about knowledge of statistics and econometrics, and a short case.

1st round: asking about past experience, why econ consulting, following by a case study. The case study is based on a context asking simple calculations and analysis on whether there are problems.
