I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charles River Associates (London, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
A very positive interview/assessment centre experience although I was slightly surprised by the structure. The assessment centre started off with a company presentation delivered by a Vice President and then it included the following steps:
- Individual case study
- Market-sizing question (Estimate the number of cups of coffee consumed in a year in the UK)
- Brainteaser
- Personality/competency-based questions
- Group case study
Candidates were split into rooms of 5-6 people and all steps were completed within those rooms. For example, a business case would be presented, each candidate would be assigned a company from a different industry and we were asked to solve the case for our specific company, and we would then present our recommendation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Tell me about a time you had to work in a team
- Tell me about a time you had to lead a team
- Brainteaser involving probabilities
- Typical market sizing question
The interviews consist of cases and behavioral questions. The industry of the cases will be given based on the background of the candidate. The interviewers are nice and talkative. There are usually 2 rounds of interviews for the summer internship position.

Interview
There are 2 interviewers and they first asked some questions based on the resume (like what is this project, what's your role, what does the data look like); They didn't ask behavioral question; then there was the case study part, and is heavily interview-lead with graphs and data
