I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Charles River Laboratories (Reno, NV) in Aug 2011
Interview
I met with two groups of people. If memory serves, one group was more lab based and the other more paper-work based, although I'm not quite sure. Both groups were nice and suprisingly casual, that being said the experience was still intimidating. We went over my resume, future class schedule, and the typical interview questions ("tell us about a mistake you made and how you handled it." "Tell us about yourself" etc...).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You are lacking experience, why should we hire you?

Phone call with recruiter followed by a Teams meeting with 2 people after I gave my availability to recruiter. Went through my resume, asking a questions about one of my classes, a few light behavioral questions, asked what my role is in the experiences on resume

Interview
You are required to do an online assessment first where you are asked what you will do under different scenarios. Then the HR will contact you and ask about some basic information. The team leader will then contact you. Pretty chill interview overall

Interview
My interview was at the end of the day, so they were already pretty worn down from other interviews and didn't put much effort into mine. They asked normal questions like weaknesses and strengths, why they should hire me, etc.
