I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Ann Arbor, MI) in Mar 2015
Interview
Short and easy for the most part; I had two phone calls, the first was just a basic screen with a member of the HR team. The next was a little trickier with my potential manager diving into my resume and discussing each experience

Question 1
Standard stuff: i.e. tell me about a time you had to think creatively to solve a problem
Dynamic Programming Problem and Then Resume Grilling. Overall the process is easy. Nothing to stress about. Schwab's little slow at recruiting so be patient and wait and reach out to recruiters after a week to remind them because it is possible they might forget about your application.
Good experience recommend it to everyone who is looking to get there foot in the door for a finance job without much stress and a good group of people around them
