Interview
I applied for the role on-line and got a call from a recruiter 3 months later. I did a phone screen interview first, then was passed onto interview with 2 team managers. I spoke with the Team Managers via video conference. After that interview I did a third and final interview with the FCA co-hort leader. I received an offer two days later. I accepted the offer in March 2017 for a start date of June 2017. Each step in the interview process with clearly explained and the recruiter was always available for questions.

Tell me about a time you worked with an unhappy client or customer?
First Phone interview for about 30 min. And then another 30 min interview with the branch manager. Then if you make it past the first two interviews they discuss and see you make it and fit there “culture with the team”.

There are two interviews throughout the process. First was a phone call with a talent acquisition. The second interview is with the branch manager. Overall, it is a pleasant and quick process.
