First it was a brief screen with recruiter. Then 5 interviews with various senior leaders. Interview questions were geared at gauging my experience of working with High Net Worth clients, understanding how I partner with other internal partners and my overall industry knowledge.
This was followed by a face to face meeting with multiple high ranking segment leaders that lasted two hours.
After that a cool off period while I waited for a confirmation from the board of directors which was followed with an offer.
Through the entire process hiring manager maintained contact and kept me informed of what was to come next. The recruiter was very responsive as well, answering my questions and providing me with information I’ve requested. Long process but positive experience with ongoing communication.
