Interview
I had two interviews. One was with a more senior staff member for the team I was applying to and the second was with the manager of the team. The questions where not overly difficult. They simply wanted to get to know me as a person and gauge how well I would fit on their team.
They asked about the internship responsibilities and requested STAR formatted examples demonstrating how I was able to handled challenges, collaborated with others, and applied problem solving skills in real workplace situations.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked with a groups and it didn't have the best start?
There were two interviews, one with a recruiter and one with two members of the respective department. Both are generally just behavioral questions, but the department interview might ask you some technical questions depending on the department, i.e., data analytics will ask about data techniques, etc. They will usually get back to you in two to three business days.

- Took awhile to get back on initial application - Phone interview - Lady I interviewed with honestly didn't seem like she wanted to be there and was not into me trying to make extra conversation, super hard to build rapport
