I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Very unprofessional. Manager dragged me along the whole process and expressed interest in me filling the role. Then when I tried to reach out to find out where they stood on a decision, he was nowhere to be found. I get a generic automated email about a month later saying they aren't moving forward with me. Blessing in disguise, got an offer from Fidelity shortly after which is a way better company.

Awesome interview process. Not very heavy on any technicals but they are focused on why you want to pursue a career especially at Schwab. They asked a lot of questions about my internship experience

Interview
Initial interview with recruitment staff. She was amicable and proactive. She coordinated the following interviews. The second and third rounds of interviews were with the regional VP, the immediate supervisor, and tentative colleagues from the branch. Staff seems to really like their job and company culture.
