One quick interview with a recruiter where I was asked about my resume and a few behavioral questions. Then the next week there was a second hour-long interview with two supervisors where they asked all behavioral-style questions. They were all very laid back and pleasant and it was actually a great time.

for the most part, you go through one initial screen with the recruiter followed by a call with a hiring manager and then an in person interview with the Hiring manager. just show that you want to work in such a culture that schwab embraces and your passion for financial services industry
