Met recruiters at a college career night and gave them my resume. Contacted a week later to set up a phone interview. Conducted the phone interview then was asked to come in for an in person interview. Two managers took turns asking me a number of behavioral interview questions. I was offered the job a couple of days later.

it was 2 stages interviews, one over the phone Interview it was short phone call around 20 mintues with a recruiter or HR re Recruiter . more of screening interview and anther n‑Person Interviews with 2 managers. it was not hard interviews but bit long.
