Slow. Very slow. They are never in a rush. The initial call takes weeks. The second callback takes more weeks. Its exhausting. Be patient and dont come with high salary expectations. Most of the employees are really nice but not sure about genuine. They tend to ask the same questions in each round of interviews.

Have interviewed a few times. Typically there is a phone interview from human resoures, which is easy. They if you get another type of interview it's always a panel interview. It is like no one can be trusted alone. Also they have to "calibrate" afterwords. Every time it was a panel of two or three people, typically a VP/Director and other managers. They ask you questions on their "Checklist" and while you respond they do not provide eye contact and frantically write. It's very disconcerting and unprofessional
