Interview
Started out with a phone screen. Moved on to a final interview, but it took almost 2 months to get that scheduled. Final interview was via webex. One interviewer in particular seemed as if she was actively trying to be intimidating. Kept interrupting while I was answering questions. Overall a very negative experience. I definitely got the impression that it would be a toxic environment to work in.

What is the budget for the largest project you worked on? What documentation have you been responsible for? How do you track budget? How do you track actual hours worked on a project? Why do you want to work for Charles Schwab?
Phone interview went well. My interviewer was very nice. Pretty straightforward, typical interview questions. Got a call back for the next interview a couple days later. Waiting to see how the second interview goes, then will update.
