It was a "panel" interview with various departments represented. They took turns asking questions, and everyone had input. This sounds intimidating, but they were all friendly, and one of the first people to sit down told me not to stress, because it was mostly a personality interview. They asked questions about my experience at my last job, where I want to go from here, they asked many "tell me a time..." and sometimes I had the same answer for more than one question, and they said that was fine, because they ask *so many* questions and they're aware you don't really have time to study.
