It began with a phone screen and after deciding to move forward it progressed to a 3 hour interview process where we ghosted, interviewed with upper management and went through a walkthrough of the building. Overall pretty simple interview remember STAR method.

It was a good experience. The questions were fair and easy to understand. The process was enjoyable and non-threatening. The interviewer was very easy going and was interested in my career goals.

very straight the point and by the book. Not a lot of unique or personal questions asked. Interview was about 35 minutes and was more of an overview of Schwab then me
