I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab in Oct 2023
Interview
Good experience overall. Recruiter was super super nice, phone call was a pleasant experience. Recruiter was very engaged with me unlike most phone calls I've had for internships. From there you go straight to final, in which I had 4 people in the teams meeting with me. 1 was the lead, 1 was responsible for coding challenge, 2 seemed like normal employees who were there just to learn how to interview people from the lead. Interview starts with introductions, then a resume overview, prepare to be grilled on your resume, especially if you mention Rest API. After that, OOP, then coding challenge and analyzing time/space complexity, then a follow-up to improve time complexity. Some easy behavioral questions, then asked them questions. Ended 25 min before time allotted.

Interview
Fairly simple process. Had one 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter asking general behavioral questions and then a final round that was mainly technical about resume and some technical concepts but no coding involved.
Basic questions were asked. Simply just answering like who are you, strengths and weakness and then why Charles Schwab were important. Also asked location preferences and type of team to work under if given the opportunity

Interview
I had a phone screen and then one round of interviews for each team. Team interview can vary a lot, you may be asked leetcode style questions or just behavioral.
