I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab
Interview
Very casual and relaxed...panel interview. Normal basic questions at first. Interview followed situational framework. Some questions I asked regarding culture, statistics, turnover rate, the interviewer did not have answers. We sat in an office with full length glass windows. Employees on the floor often stood around in groups talking casually instead of performing tasks.
