Initial interview was mostly fluff and felt like they were trying to sell the company to me. Recruiter was not able to answer my questions and did not ask me any specific questions, yet wanted to move me on to the next round.

The process ended up being a lot more intense than I expected. In about a week, I went through four interviews, a very long behavioral assessment (200 questions), and had to prepare a mock pitch.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, but the overall process felt like a lot for one role, especially on such a tight timeline. It required a pretty big time commitment and some last minute schedule changes on my end.
