Come prepared knowing about yourself and a couple of questions for them
They gave a tour of the plant
The only bad thing is they did not call back to tell me they were not going to hire me, I thought after I came for an interview they could have called to say no.

Interview
It was not bad and everyone was very kind during the process. There was an initial phone screen followed by an onsite interview. It was pretty straightforward. You talked to one person over the phone and then spoke to three people in person, got a small tour too
