Charter Manufacturing interview questions

They talk about themselves a lot and their "culture" and mission statement. The interview was with HR and head supervisor. It took about 30-45 minutes and has mainly about you and how you interact as a team member. They did a phone interview for the first interview and told me they would call me back and let me know, I received a phone call later that day to set up a actual face to face interview. I then had the interview and was given the job on the spot and was set up with orientation in Cleveland for the following week and it was a two day process and was all payed for by them.
