Chase Account Executive interview questions

Met with three managers and they asked me "Why sales?" Gave me different scenarios and asked how I would handle the situation. They then explained each of their territories and the type of customers they work with. They also wanted me to detail how my experience would be beneficial to the organization. It felt like 2/3 of the managers were good cop and the other was bad cop. They want someone who believes in exceeding expectations. If you go into the interview please detail how you exceed in past employment. Try not to simply recite your resume. Add information that's not detailed in the resume.

Extremely long screening process and multiple interviews followed by a trip to the security office to register you in the FBI database with fingerprints.
