Chase Commercial Analyst interview questions

Submitted resume in response to job posting and was then contacted by HR for phone interview. Interviewed directly hiring manager and their supervisor. Interview went well, not to difficult or stressful process, but it was clear supervisor had contacted current employer prior to interview and had knowledge of confidential information that was not related to job or ability to perform job. Considered this a violation of privacy.
