Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. The branch manager already had her questions laid out and ready to go. It is best to use the STAR format when answering the interview questions. Anything that you may have achieved in customer service and sales from past work experiences is very beneficial to present!

Tell me about a time when you went our of your way for a customer?
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
