Main focus is sales. Some financial experience may be required, but someone willing to go after everyone in order to sell, sell, sell is more valued. Quantity over quality. Emphasize on it. Compliance is important, so do not get sidetracked. Hired from within. Not sure what the process is coming from outside.

Met with Sales Manager (titles change). Also, you meet retail branch manger for possible asignment if you make it pass the Sales Manager inteview.

No real difficult questions but you need to know your past sale experience. Also, they ask personal questions to get to know you such as "Tell me about your family", "Tell me what yo are passionate about", "What are yor personal goals"
