I was interviewed for the CLDP program for interns and they interviewed me on site during a leaders conference. It was a really good experience. They had people from different backgrounds talking about their experiences and how they grew professionally in the company

Online app and 4 questions through Hire Vue. First prompted to fill out online form and then sent questions through Hire Vue. Got a lot of curveball questions rather than the normal behavioral ones.

Interview
It was a digital interview online for about 10 minutes. The overall process was quick. Some questions are technical questions related the position I applied. Most are just regular and behavioral questions.
